4 Decades of Beautiful Skin: Look great in your 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s!

Everyone wants to look younger. We all long for our flawless teenage skin as we pass into our 30s and 40s. Many clients tell us that they’ve spent a lot on anti-aging solutions, and feel disappointed by suboptimal results.

Great news: you can make a few simple changes to your lifestyle that will dramatically improve the look and feel of your skin. If you’re consistent and patient, you can have youthful skin again with a few simple changes.

Sadly, there is no single magic skin cream or pill that will make all of your problems go away. Instead, we’ll focus on changes to your lifestyle, sleeping habits, diet, and skin care routines to help you look your best.

Who needs sleep?  When you are sleeping, your skin cells are industriously repairing themselves and naturally exfoliating away old skin cells. If you don’t get enough sleep, your skin pays the price and begins to age faster.

You are what you eat.  When you eat, make sure you don’t pick foods that may cause acne outbreaks or oily skin. Instead, incorporate vegetables and fruits into your diet. Natural fruits and vegetables contain nutrients that your skin needs to be healthy (and processed food often has a reduced amount of those nutrients).

Take it easy on your skin.  When you clean your skin, make sure you avoid over-washing and drying of your skin. If your skin is too dry, it will age faster and fine lines will quickly evolve into deep, permanent wrinkles.
